2007 February Quadriga Capital Russia acquires controlling stake in ATVQuadriga Capital Russia Private Equity Fund II has announced the acquisition of the controlling stake in CJSC ATV Production (Moscow). The terms of the deal are not disclosed.

Russian viewers are well familiar with such programs of the company as “Vremechko”, “Old Apartment”, “On Duty in the Country”, “In Search for the Lost”, “People Want to Know”, “Night Flight”, “One Hundred Questions to a Grown up”, reality show “Chance”, “Hey, Semenovna!”, “20 Years Afterwards”, “From the Bottom of the Heart”, “Press-Club”, feature series “Taxi Woman”, “Killer’s Diary”, as well as other programs and films. More than once ATV programs have won awards of the National TV contest TEFI, as well as other international festival prizes and diplomas.
